Lovi is a platform to build AI agents that answer customer questions and automate support and sales across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat and voice. Companies upload their knowledge (documents, websites, FAQs) and the agent answers using it.
From the Lovi dashboard you can connect a Google account to an AI agent and choose the Drive folders or files it should learn from. Lovi reads those files with read-only access, keeps them in sync once a day or on demand, and the agent answers questions using their content. Lovi never modifies your Drive files and only reads the ones you select.
